Before cloud and containers, there were systems that had to stay running. That’s where I learned what real responsibility looks like. I started in telecom, where downtime was not an option. Systems had to operate all the time. Over the years, I managed more than 500 enterprise systems and tens of thousands of uptime hours. The standard was simple: zero margin for error. That environment shaped how I lead. I focus on clear design, accountable decisions, and solving root causes rather than just symptoms. I’ve led infrastructure and data teams, launched company-wide governance programs, and delivered platforms that met both technical and regulatory demands. What sets me apart is the ability to bridge two worlds: deep technical systems and structured leadership. I’ve worked across the full lifecycle, from infrastructure design to long-term modernization. One project reduced storage use by 60%, improving both speed and cost. Another raised availability to 99.99% using automation and early-warning systems. Today, I serve as Lead IT Consultant at AlMasar Solutions. I guide cloud architecture, support financial-sector systems, and lead modernization strategies focused on compliance, resilience, and institutional trust. My expertise includes cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and AWS. I also work with enterprise databases, including Oracle, PostgreSQL, and SAP ASE. My focus spans infrastructure modernization, governance, continuity planning, and secure design.
